For site and server related issues, either e-mail support@sirium.net (customers only), or log in and use the support area of the ticketing system.

Billing:
For billing and/or payment issues, either e-mail billing@sirium.net, or log in and use the billing area of the ticketing system.

Sales:
For new sales, upgrades or downgrades, etc., either e-mail sales@sirium.net, or log in and use the sales area of the ticketing system.

Telephone:
You can also phone on 07092 316093 - but please only use this as a last resort, and for out of hours emergency contact.
