Please e-mail support at support[at]sirium[dot]net with the time you first noticed that you were blocked, what you were doing (if you know) and your IP address. The IP address is the most important piece of data as we need that to be able to unblock you.
If you have not already gotten the blocked message, visit your web site or www.sirium.net with your favourite browser. The error message should tell you the IP address, and also the e-mail address to send the info to.
We will then try and unblock your IP address as soon as possible.
